Cleaned, Steamed & Ready to Wear

Every dress or outfit goes through a detailed preparation process before shipping. Our team ensures that each garment is professionally cleaned, inspected, and steamed so that it arrives fresh, flawless, and event-ready — just like you deserve.

 Timely Delivery – Australia Wide

Once your booking is confirmed, your outfit is scheduled for dispatch.

  • For hire bookings, we ship the item to arrive 1–2 days before your event date, allowing you enough time for fitting and styling.

  • For rentals, the shipping and return schedule is based on your selected rental period. Our team ensures the item reaches you on time, exactly when you need it.

We use trusted national courier services to handle deliveries and track every parcel to ensure it reaches your door safely and securely.

 What’s in the Box?

Your order will arrive in a protective garment bag, safely packed to prevent creases and damage. Inside the parcel, you’ll also find a prepaid return satchel to make returns quick and easy.

Simple & Easy Returns

Once your booking period ends:

  • Place the dress back into the original garment bag

  • Seal it using the included return satchel

  • Drop it off at any Australia Post box or post office the next business day

Timely returns help us keep our collection moving and available for the next customer. We appreciate your cooperation in returning items on time.

Delivery Address Guidance

To avoid missed deliveries or delays, we recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the parcel — such as your home, workplace, or a reliable alternate location. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at the time of booking, as incorrect addresses can cause delays that are beyond our control.
